On the Rittenhouse forum someone mentioned that they had gotten Neil Patrick Harris to sign. Not sure in what form a new set will be but something is in the works.

Its already announced - Doctor Who Archives Trading Cards (TBD)

No date yet though, its a huge license for them, they are not stopping anytime soon.
