Obviously they’re not all superbly drawn (Friday the 13th comes to mind) but you can hit big if you pull the right one. Goes to show the mark up by Topps/Fanatics and how we’re being abused as consumers by 90% of the card companies. These days we’re celebrating if we even win or able to obtain a box of cards at retail.

Well they are unlicensed. If they bought the rights to print IT cards or Hannibal Lector (and other characters pictured) they likely would have to charge more to cover the additional costs of licensing.

That’s true however it’s unlikely any of these movie franchises will ever get a licensed product (besides stuff from Fright Rags). I’m drawn to this product because it has signed actor cards. I’d have very little interest as a standalone sketch card. It’s kind of like stuff from Horrible Kids. It has a market if done properly.

Watched some of their whatnot stream last night and the cards looks pretty good! Usually there was at least 1 “better” auto per 5 box case but most of the sketches looked amazing! Excited for mine to show up

Be very careful. The guys who runs this is a known scam artist. And you can’t actually maneuver the site which is a flag. Hoping it is legit for all involved. For me seems way too good to be true at $150

They are known to sell fake autos. Try comparing some of them and they look suspect. It also looks like some are sticker and some are on card. I’m a big horror collector but am staying far away even though I would love for these to be legit. I have no doubt they got real sketch artists though

Looks like all of the negative reviews I’ve seen on yelp, Reddit, BBB are all for bad experiences with fulfillment and customer service and only 1 person stating they are frauds. Lots of their signings are done live on whatnot so I have no reason to believe any of these will be forged.

I’m a horror collector and have gone through 600 of the 1200+ signed sketch cards showcased on their site. Unfortunately after 300 the quality of art drops off. So far everything I’ve seen looks legit to me. From Tim Curry to Mia Farrow to John Goodman to David Howard Thornton. The signatures look good to me so far. But I do get some concerns given the initial price of $100. I’ll give my final input Monday after opening my boxes.

The owner Lance is a scumbag but he isn't selling fake autos. Don't spread that false narrative. All the signings they run are legit but are ridden with horrible customer service and quality issues.

All four are reasonably nice sketches. Good value for $200. They raised the price on the site to $150 a pack, which I think is fine. I bought a total of 7 in two orders (3,4) but they were nice enough to send a sealed case of 5 and a separate 2-box order. Thinking about stashing the case to hold; not something I normally do, but this could be a really good long-term investment.

Some are stickers but a lot are signed on card. Only the signature cards have the snippet above “congratulations”

If I was you, I'd have been happy. She's one of the better signers in the product, IMO. I think they bent over backwards to please you. Were you disappointed in the "lack" of uniform distribution in your small random sample, or were you more disappointed in the level of sketch you received?

I'd be glad to send you my Laurie Metcalf signed sketch above in trade for one of your Hustons.

That sucks but with random distribution is totally possible. I'd prefer that than somebody "assigning" cards so there's more even distribution. I don't like the idea of somebody cherry picking who gets what at all.

Yeah, 3 Angelica Hustons would be a win. I would be disappointed if I got 3 $5 autos, like Ari Lehman.

Cards do look good and glad it wasn’t scammy. But I will say the eBay sellers appear to be very unrealistic with pricing. The value just isn’t there and most of these autos should be 50 and below. Now put Anthony Hopkins up with a glebe sketch and you may be talking a few bills but I have purchased some of the bigger names already well south of 100.

You’re entitled to your opinion but I’m not happy pulling 3 of the same signer out of 9 boxes. There’s only 1200 boxes made. I bought 9 boxes and they never advertised the case hit till actual release day. Had I known I would have bought 10 to make it 2 sealed cases guaranteeing the case hits. I ended up with 3 Huston autos from the 4 loose boxes. That’s ridiculous. I also don’t feel Huston from a child’s movie should be considered horror.

Both packs arrived. Best hit was a Danny Elfman autograph Jack Skellington sketch. Happy with the card but more so with their customer service. They responded quicker than I thought they would given what other members have said about their CS. Plus they were lightning fast on shipping throughout. I finally went through all of their celebrity sketch cards on the site. There’s some really limited signers in this set and some have an exceptional combo with a good artist. I’m going to roll the dice and get another 5-box case. $150 per box/$750 per case still seems like a good deal.

I wouldn’t buy the wave 2 that’s coming out on presale. Lance the owner bought 5-6 of my cheapest sketch cards from my first 2 cases. I found it odd in the beginning but it looks like he’s putting them into the second wave. What card company buys back their low end cards to insert back into their product? Sketch cards take a while so I assume this is easier for him to stretch the product.

How hard is it to pull cards from different stacks? Clearly someone just grabbed 3 in a row during packout. The percentages are astronomical for 3 packs at random containing the same signer. Even higher for it to happen twice. It kills the fun in opening cases.

I did 6 boxes in the first wave and the only ones I was disappointed by were the Ghostface stuntman and Ari. this is actually what i was afraid of for wave two, send out nice ones to get a bit of buzz and then unload. i also fear all the bigger hits go to the ppl that live stream and post box breaks since it is more exposure for the company. i am sure there were some artist or sticker autos that missed the deadline that will be in wave two but yea buying back ugh. did you mail back the box they came in to help him out

Ford did just do a signing in November. I do believe "they" (the company setting up the signing) had a large order come in. Maybe it was this guy. :coffee:

Maybe even early March and I just didn’t like the idea of having $2000 tied up for over a month so I passed. Looks like the 10 box cases are sold out now anyways….Oh well.

So based on their social media post they didnt put up all of their cases the first go round. They usually setup a bunch for their whatnot live breaks. My guess is they took from those to give more people a chance at cases with presale.
