Jordan Jersey Card /50

I’m looking to buy this card and trying to get a good deal. The guy doesn’t sell cards but found some and wants me to give him a price. What would you ask to pay and a real answer too. I’m not trying to screw him over.

I'm looking at comps and I think it could go anywhere from $300 - $800 in auction. His jersey cards from 2004-2006 time period really seem all over the place. High end is he has a 2006 Reflections Triple Jersey /100 that sold for $1048. But that seems high to me. Realistically it could sell for that - yours is /50 but only has 1 jersey, not 3.

If I was the seller, I'd try to get $800. If I was the buyer I'd want it closer to $400.

Edit - Yeah some of the prices just don't make sense. This card sold for $760 - 2006 UD Reflections Copper Michael Jordan LeBron James Dual GU Jersey /50 BGS 9 ... Based off ONLY that comp, I'd think your Jordan is worth about $500-$600. Based off the 1K comp, you could argue it's $1K.

Another very low comp - 2006-07 UD Reserve - Ud Game Jersey Michael Jordan #UD-MJ (MEM). Game Used!! - Sold for $265.

$300 - $800 estimate I like with value most likely in middle.
