2024-25 Panini Victor W. Downtown

I need help. I'm wondering about the one-touch cases used for the Downtown cards. someone is trying to sell me one with Ultra Pro 55 case. all the cases i've seen of this card are in an Ultra Pro 35 F7 case. does it matter what case they are in? does anyone think it would be a counterfeit card? any help would be appreciated.

To me that looks a bit too "rainbowy" and these are commonly faked. I will look at one of mine and see. Theres differences in the back bottom fonts you can sometimes spot.

Edit- Im gonna say I dont have enough hard evidence to say its fake, but with the lighting involved I dont like how rainbowy it is, I don't like the way the front texture looks or how the Chinese letters look on the copyright area. Paired with the 55pt case Id probably look elsewhere.

I don’t believe downtowns came sleeved in one and one or any product for that matter.

It’s possible the card was removed from the original 35 case, either didn’t grade well or the owner was ocd and placed it in a sleeve inside a 55 case.

It’s bizarre they put the panini sticker back over the magnet - that’s a red flag to me.

Good luck. Id try and find a PSA 9 or 10 so you at least have some sort of recourse in the case of fakery (grading is no guarantee but thats a lot of money to drop on a card you dont have in front of you) Avoid sellers from China, avoid sellers with crummy lighting or who wont send more pics.

The One and One sticker is fake.

The picture i attached is from a card I just ripped yesterday from a sealed box of One and One. It's what the stickers from this year's product look like.
