I messed up and listed a card twice on eBay.. that's fair and on me.. but not only did STERNROOLZ give me a negative feedback, but he lied about contacting me about anything, and as a result, my feedback of over 20+ years on Ebay is tarnished.

This was over a Dave Winfield A & G Auto worth less then $25

For context, I DID message this clown with a message about listing this card twice by mistake with the refund. We're not talking about a million dollar card, it's a Dave Winfield A & G Auto which is not exactly a card peaking in value overnight.

But instead of taking it like a normal person, he leaves a negative review stating I never contacted him, which is a lie.

Mistakes happen and I owned up to it FROM THE START, but that's not enough for you huh? You have to tarnish my reputation because you feel slighted. And now my eBay sales will be impacted because you got butt hurt.

Post it all up big boy, I'm not ashamed of a single thing I've said to you.

I don't have a screen shot, but I have no issue with what I said.

I never received any communication from you at all. Simply as soon as the auction ended you cancelled it and refunded.

What I said in my negative was exactly that. This morning you sent me a request to retract the negative, stating that you sent me a message regarding the double listing. I declined and stated that if I overlooked a message, ebay would be able to look it up (and there by remove the negative as such a message would directly contradict the negative feedback I left).

I like fact and logic. I do not like threats, harassment, and unhinged behavior. That you feel compelled to buy 10 of my items with two accounts, in order to make me "learn" is reflective of who you are. Its too bad you reached your age of adut hood and act out with juvenile level compulsion. Maybe seek some treatment for your emotional issues. It might help and coudn't possibly hurt.

ebay doesn't care anymore about retaliation feedback. I have one and called in twice, escalated, and got the most ridiculous responses. According to them the retaliation feedback looked legitimate.

I'm guessing that after investigation eBay axed him. Using multiple accounts to purchase multiple items just for retaliation is more than even eBay will tolerate.....and they tolerate almost everything.
