Good luck selling those but from a Buyers perspective I wouldn't touch them. If I was searching ebay and came across the game used wristband how am I supposed to know it actually came from Eddie House and it's not from a pick-up game you were playing.

Too many people fake "authentic" items so you need to have proof and since he tossed it to you (unless you were video taping for some reason) you have none. Personally I would keep them as they would mean more to me than the $5 they will sell for.

Best I can do is provide an image from the actual game and the ticket I had at the game. I only sell authentic items and am sure that they would pass any authentication. Not many people have video footage of them catching an item tossed up at a game. Kind of difficult to have a video rolling while catching something in a crowd of people

lol your wristband auction is pretty funny. It'd be tougher to believe your item is more authentic than Britney Spears used chewing gum auctions.

Sometimes it doesn't pay to sell items like this, because people will automaticly believe they're fake... Me personally, if I were to obtain GU items from games I attended, I would rather keep them!

Just my 2 cents. Good luck with your listings.

People's concerns are understandable, but like you said, we could obtain items that we know 200% are authentic and the public may not buy it because there's no COA or photo proof or anything.

Guess that's just the hobby. People don't want to get ripped off by those who are selling fake items.

Yeah I guess so, just the hobby... Just to clear it up. I wouldn't bid on items like this lol.

If I were to ever be lucky enough to get an item from a player I would keep it forever! Pass it on to my kids...

It's your items and you do what you wan't with them, but don't expect to get more than a few bucks for them. Sad, but that's just how it is.

Some people would still not be happy even with a COA.

I have collected game worn/used items for years and am starting to sell my collection. Everything I have acquired is 100% authentic. I understand because there isnt some kind of stitching of a number or nickname on them people think they can be fake, but even with a coa or photo proof that can still apply. They actually are real and straight from the players. I provided a photo from the exact game and a ticket. Not much more I can really do. If you think it is fake then don't bid, but for your information they are real.
