I was really pumped for the next event coming up, I like Junior a ton and it would have really been a catapult for him to continue to the top, but now with Lesnar out the fight is kinda meh. I love Carwin, but if Junior wins this fight, it wont be seen as such a big "jump" for him.

Is Brock ever going to be 100% again, seems everyone looks beyond the heavyweight division if hes not a major player in it.

i was realy looking forward to the fight too. i realy dont see it being a huge win for junior if he had beaten brock. i think he would have beaten brock easily . anyone that wins the fight ..... it will be a big step in the right direction. carwin and junior are very good fighters.

brock just needs more time. but with this new setback i dont think we will see him again. its a terrible situation

Brock is scheduled to fight after the new year, besides he still needs work on getting hit in the face!!

Read an article today where Lesnar had 12 inches of his colon removed to fight his bouts with diverticulitis. The article didn't sound like his career is over but that sounds very serious.

He can be schedule for whatever they want to put out there, problem is, him being in the UFC gave the organization as a whole major marketing value. If they came out and said he was done for life, granted interest wouldnt drop a ton, but you can guarantee the casual fan will not be looking at who is fighting every month knowing he's not one to be on a card.

I'm not a Brock lover or hater, but I recognize the fact that anytime he's in a ring, people who don't normally pay attention are watching, if Junior fought Brock and won, his status would be 10x what it will be if he beats Shane. I'm a big time Carwin supporter, but I love where Junior takes the division, just wish he had the Brock stepping stone to shine his spotlight on.

He had that done a while ago, he was said to be 100% which is why he took on the TUF show and agreed to the fight with Junior, it was announced May 11th that Brock has complications again from diverticulitis and cannot compete next month. This is a serious disease and I'm just scared he will be down for good from such a horrible thing.
