yeah damn thats actually the first i've noticed that before, that sucks.... the overall condition is excellent, all the other corners and centering are great, nice and crisp, that top right corner though has the slightest of dings in it, thats what i would call it more so than a crease, i think if it were graded though you would still pull a 9.5 on it, since your alowed one dinged corner, as long as the rest is perfect

The top right corner doesn't kill it as much as it would another product imo...most of these all have some sort of minor imperfection with the bottom right corners anyway. I actually sold a tebow that had something kind of similar to this and it sold for 160 and the buyer was 100% happy. Something probably happened around that part of the order to the top right corners.

still a nice card...... but yeah that corner kills it ive seen cards much better than that grade an 8.5.......... might come out a 9.5 if you send it to like a local grading or a no name grading service but if it went to psa or beckett i would say a 7.5 or an 8

Not from BGS or PSA. Maybe from some off name brand grading company. But you will never get that to grade a 10 or a 9.5 guaranteed.

I just want to be clear, I never said the card I have would pull a 9.5 or a 10 graded, i said it was possible. just under the guidlines of beckett grading, your alowed a card to be a lil off center and a small ding on one corner, under the rules of grading for gem mint. weather the card would get an 8 8.5 9 or higher, i'm not sure I'd love to get it graded but i'm not gonna send it out, if i dont sell it by july i will get it graded at the card show in chantilly. But regardless I love how everyone suggest that i'm saying that it is a 9.5, i never said that. was just pointing out that i've seen cards in worse shape get a 9 from psa or becket.

Ps. i called topps to ask about a replacment. and they told me that the only way i could do that was if the card had a factory defect?? I mean it came out of the pack like that that sounds like the factorys fault to me? I'm not sure i could have just been getting b.sed but i'm pretty sure that they cant do anything about it

here is what it says in becket about (near mint-mint) which is the top grading. Must have a 60/40 or better centering, smooth edges, original color borders and gloss. One of the following very minor flaws is allowed: a slight touch of wear on one corner,barley noticeable print spots, color or focus imperfections. I'm taking that straight out of beckett. And to me I think the only thing wrong with that card is a slight touch of wear on the top right corner, everything else about the card is beyond perfect.

OP: You should just throw it up on ebay or get it graded. Everyone is now going to just keep ripping the card.

At least the guy put a large enough scan of the card for everyone to see the chip/bend in the top right corner. And the asking price is less than what they have sold for on ebay.

And yeah it's not like i'm trying to lie to anyone about the condition of the card, it's right there for people to see, i even have a scan of the back i can show. The card is what it is, and some people are interested for the price some arent, the ones who arent and want it for 50 and 60 bucks, what are you gonna do with the card, your gonna flip it for 150 or 200 and make your money So rip the card all you want, theres been enough people that dont care about the corner, to make anyone who does care irrelevant, it's just too bad they had to jam my thread up with a bunch of useless banter, and as to the people who would question my integrity because i have no feedback, You had to start somewhere too, what is goin on in the world that no one will trust anyone even when it comes to a nickel and dime deal, like over a football/baseball card.

You are right we all had to start somewhere, and we all had to send first as well until we were established. Trust is earned, not given to complete strangers on the internet. If you wonder why people are skeptical or jaded just take a peek in the members feedback section, People are trying to scam every day on here. I am not questioning your character or integrity as I do not know you at all. But you cant honestly tell me that you dont understand where people are coming from when it comes to dealing with new members.

of course I do, thats why i have sent first before, it's just the fact that the buyer is more protected, i mean thats why it's posted in the forum rules that's it's not a good idea, not sayin it wont be done, and to someone like you who has 100 percent on 134 reviews I would send you anything anyday of the week. But it's when people with like 4 or 5 are asking me to send first that i dont understand, when even if I did screw them, they would be able to get their money back.

I understand where you are coming from, its tough at first. When I first started on this forum I was new and did not even have paypal, it was real hard to get deals done. I have paypal now of course. A good way to get your feedback up if you dont have alot of money is pm some members with really good feedback and see if you can buy something cheap from them or do a low end trade, even if its base to complete a set or something. Stick with it, once you find the good traders on here the site becomes a little easier to do deals on. There are some great traders on here. Some not so great,but its like that everywhere.

It is NOT possible to grade a 9.5 or a 10 even with 1 dinged corner like the one shown in your picture. The *RULES* they have are so if you send in a beat up card - they simply wont grade it.. Gem Mint doesnt mean its a 10- you can have Gem Mint 7
