does a state relic cabinet card count towards my 3 hits? four packs in i got 2 of my hits and if this counts as one im just gonna sell off my packs and buy a new box

Do yourself a favor and read the above exchange before you ever buy loose packs from anyone.

So it's honest to open a box until you get the hits, then sell off the "dead" packs?

Depends on how he sells them...he could sell them after he gets his hits and there be a Wood 1/1 in one of them or even a rip card who knows so they might not be dead packs

Well, let's be fair. I have seen posts where person A says "I got the box hit anyone want the rest of the box for $xx?"

In that situation, yeah it would be ok. ONLY in that situation.

I agree with this. It was actually not a question to accuse, but more to discuss. I'm sure a lot of people don't even buy ginter for the "hits", but more for the SP's and inserts.

Yeah, this would be great, but I still wouldn't buy loose packs from anyone. After 25+ years in the business/hobby I've learned to trust next to no one. This goes double for the faceless people that sell this stuff on ebay. I wouldn't even buy sealed boxes from an ebay auction unless it was from Blowout.

That all depends on the product my friend. Definitely wouldn't do it with 2011 Ginter though.

Yeah, I see what you mean. The hits are almost always relics... Who knows. The last packs I sold were in the 80s. :D
