I'm watching the Nats/Braves game. Uggla threw one ball 10 feet above the first basemen's head. He threw another ball 5 feet to the right of the first basemen.

I remember when had like 2 or 3 errors in the All-Star game a few years ago...embarassing.

Seriously speaking now, I am actually surprised he has committed such few errors so far. He was never known for his defense, and I have seen how bad he is. I usually watch the marlins games so I always used to watch him.

Just referring to the error he made, lol. Dan definitely has poor defense... it seems like it is getting worse the better his hitting gets. If that's the case, i'll take the 23-game streak along with the errors.

And no idea why everyone is so high on Espinosa right now, but I guess it's hard to find anything to smile about in DC right now... everyone is looking toward the future.

One thing to keep in mind the braves would have ALOT more errors if it wasn't for Freddie Freeman at first. He has saved many a throwing error with some slick fielding at first.

Freddie Freeman is a beast. 16 Game Hitting Streak and he had 5 multi-hit games in a row not long ago. Almost batting .300. He's either 1st or 2nd in every rookie category.

Uggla hit 2 home runs tonight (+ single) and also committed 2 errors tonight. Makes up for his terrible defense I guess. One way to look at it.

Also Starlin Castro is pretty bad(in the field) but his bat makes up for it.

And he had them all in like 1 inning I think. Made me feel embarrassed just watching it.

Uggla's poor fielding is due to his one size too small uniform.. loosen it up uggla.. you look ridiculous.

Brooks Conrad a close 2nd, at least until the Braves get back to the postseason.

Ehhh he may not have the best glove, but he sure is swinging a hot bat right not which regardless of his fielding will keep him in the lineup

Justin Turner and Rickie Weeks.

Also, Uggla is actually below his lifetime % of .980 (he's at .977 this year). I was personally shocked to see that that Utley's lifetime was only .982. I thought his defense was better than that.

Going by errors alone, here is your starting infield for 2011:

P Matt Garza (5 errors)
1B Prince "Fielder" (11)
2B Dan Uggla/Rickie Weeks (12 each)
3B Casey McGehee (14)
And at shortstop, your current 2011 league leader, it's Starlin Castro with 18 errors!
