Question about MVP hockey

For those of you who opened MVP hockey, what kind of breakdown could I expect from a case?

Base sets, Sets with RC, insert sets, Parallels to 100, parallels to 25?

And are there two jerseys per box and one auto per case?

2 parallels per box, 1 dual jersey per box and 1 dual auto per case. 12 rookies per box and 12 inserts. Rookie checklist is 50 and insert checklist is 42 total. That should help you figure it out. I opened 2 cases and it was right on the money. Great collation actually.
