Just want to apologize publicy to these members. They bought some Ryan Howard cards off of me over a week ago and still have not gotten them. They sent me PM's and i failed to notice them right away, because of that they opened paypal claims on the transactions. I would have done the same thing. The cards were shipped but have no idea what's going on and why they have not arrived. I'm really starting to think my local PO is complete morons or straight up crooks and taking my crap. Because i'm also not getting packages, is there anyway i can report something like this?

Anyway, i sent you guys PM's apologizing and sent full refunds over. Again, sorry for this crap guys and hopefully we can deal again soon.

That one member was not me, but I do think that if these items were sent, you would have used delivery confirmation. I understand some people do not send that way, but you have done enough transactions to know (and at some point you told other members to always use dc) that you should always use dc. It is free if you use click and ship to mail packages (best way to mail stuff). I am not going to lose any sleep over not getting the cards, but the refund was sent as an e-check, which will mean waiting another 3-5+ days.

Yes, it was not you. And i don't do my mailing with Paypal shipping, but yes, it was my fault by not using DC and apologized for it. And there's nothing i can do about the e-check, that was the only option paypal was giving me to send the refund back. Like i said before, i apologize for the BS and headache this might or did cause. I have to figure out what's going on with my PO.

Anyway, this situation didn't have anything to do with me not getting stuff out on time. Their stuff was shipped the next day. You're referring to the one thread where i was in rehab and couldn't get stuff out on time. So, it's been once that it has happened. This stuff is either lost or taking a really long time to get to the members.

Thanks Eric, yeah it is frustrating but i understand. I refunded him ASAP. It was an e-check but Paypal did that, i couldn't do anything about that. Just wish people would be more understanding sometimes. 99% of the members on the forum are. A select few aren't, but o well.

And each deal that this has happened to all happened with the same batch that i shipped your package with. And before this, i would never use DC# and never had a problem like this. That's why i keep saying, you live and learn, and will be using it from now on.

And yes, i have brought it up to their attention on what's been going on. I have to open up claims, but not much i can do because there was no insurance.

Dude, i sent the card out, i'm not a scammer or some little brat who got sellers remorse and decided to keep the card. If you noticed, i collect Philadelphia teams. I had to sell all the cards i had to get some new furniture after i dumped my girlfriend(the devil took the furniture set) so i didn't want to sell them. But i had to and did. If you check out my recent selling threads, it's all Philadelphia stuff. And why would i refund you right away if i were trying to scam you like that? And why would i make a public apology like this to you guys? Because i'm not a scammer and i really felt bad this happened.

But i guess you never went through something difficult in your life to understand, sh!t happeneds.

And a lot of the times, when sh!t happeneds, that person doesn't deal with the issues, i do and i did with this situation. But it wasn't good enough i guess.

Just to chime in, I've done COUNTLESS deals with AVJP. The only thing I've noticed is that it does sometimes seem to get hung up at either his PO or my PO. I've never once worried about a deal made with him tho. He is extremely trustworthy.

Ive also had some huge problems with the P.O. lately - I sent out like 10 packages on Aug 29th & most never got there (that's not a coincidence to lose that many & i used DC + insurance/sig conf if it was higher price!). Called them, post master general, FBI etc*...they weren't happy at all & definitely lookin into it - we all know the P.O is in trouble in general but this put me on he edge, few got there ripped open also sayin contents removed......someone had to of been stealing!

Yeah had recent troubles with recieve packages here at my new place in Chicago due to two mail personel Splitting the mail route area that I live in. I always send Delivery confirmation learned my lesson one time on feebay. Last week i purchased a card on here from a member and i checked the DC monday and it said Package had been delivered when i did not get anything that day. I guess the Mailmen Pre scan the DCs sometimes and deliver the next day in some cases:mad:

But guess wtf showed up today at my house, a beat up bubble mailer addressed to mr. chicuse. It was delivered to an address called 706 Keely Place here in Philadelphia, that was the USPS sending it back to me. My address is 706 Keely Street. So the guy saw my address, knew it was fairly close and gave me the package. I opened it, and it's the ryan howard sterling auto #ed /10

So now i'm gonna contact chicuse and offer it to him for $5 less. He bought it for $35. I'm gonna ask for $30.

So I asked for a scan of the envelope so I could set my mind at ease knowing it was the post office's fault. avjp87 replied and said, "I don't have the envelope anymore." What? Are you kidding me? A scan of it would have shown you sent it and the postal service screwed up.

You originally said it was seller's remorse, and that he never sent it. Now he's offering it for less than he originally sold it for, and you're still mad and calling him a liar? What do you want?? Believe me, the PO sucks and I just got back a batch of 30 envelopes with "insufficient postage" all shipped from paypal as well as a few with the wrong address (paypals verified addresses).
