I am baseball fan through and through, so my football knowledge is very limited. I am looking to dabble in a little football this go around I was hoping for some feedback. Which football product would you recommend overall and for flipping purposes?

I am looking at a either a box of 2011 Platinum or 2011 Finest. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

With this rookie class, neither is good. Especially for flipping better off saving that money.

I don't get whats wrong with this rookie class. Tons of potential and already many successful rookies. Please explain...I'm curious.

I personally like Platinum A LOT! But of course, I haven't opened any Finest yet lol

it's the same general excuse statement that everyone makes about cards, i've heard it from baseball to basketball to football, same statment exact same way all the time.

FYI no rookie class is going to contain all hall of famers, that's obvious.

I like both platinum and finest, but i've been buying more platinum

Who is actually a sure flip the only one ive seen is Cam everyone else you have to wait till they blow up like Cobb. Ingram, Jones, Ponder you might break even with or get a little positive but for the most part only Newton is going to get you more than what you paid. Compare that to last year Bradford, Tebow, Dez, Matthews, Suh, Colt Mccoy all would get a good chunk of change.

I think this is a great rookie class so let me withdraw from the flipping for profit to say this class is a good investment for future profit. I see a lot of great future stars in this class. Maybe that's just me?

I would actually roll with 2010 Epix. Product is reasonably priced for the hits that come out of it...

I think this class has killer potential. these players are already playing well or above average or have at least shown "promise": Newton, dalton, and a.j. green, daniel thomas (107 yards rushing in his first start this week). I'm sure i'm missing a few. It's way to early to tell, but I think this year looks good. And this isn't even counting the QB's who haven't hit the field yet.
