Help with older Packers item

Have only seen this one. Seems like it was a vending megaphone. Any information on this would be awesome.

Hmm... I have never seen that before. Could it be a pre-game hand out? Last game I went to (Giants game after Christmas last year), they handed out foam candy canes.

Not sure if it was pre-game or if it was used to sell say popcorn with the little disc in the opening to seal it off?? It is not newer, have had it since the early 80's and bought it at a garage sale from an elderly couple.

Are you able to date it all? Like is it something that appears really new or is it a vintage kind of item?
