05 Chrome Draft BB

I just got a 1/2 case lot of 05 Bowman Chrome Draft BB from Blowoutcards. I have got several of these in the past.
I just opened up the first box I grabbed. There was no Auto in the box. The box doesnt say there is a guaranteed Auto inside. It is stamped Hobby.
I have never opened up a 05 Draft box that didnt at least have a cheap Signs Of The Future Auto inside.
Are there not guaranteed autos in these boxes?

Almost Forgot! I got a for sure 1 of a kind!Its a Wilson Betemit Bowman Gold card with half of #122 Fausto Carmona on the back, and the other half is Paul Maholm on the back.
If it wasn't for the Jacoby Elssbury, I don't think I woulda made it back here to post the break.

Yep, This one I got is atleast a PSA9 BGS 9.5-10.
In after thought, I guess I didn't do all that bad. I was expecting atleast to break even, this will be a small loss. I was expecting 5 Autos not 4. Only getting 4 autos could be the difference maker in the loss I will take.
The 3 Chris Volstads freaked me out. If he ever throws some fluke no hitter or something I guess I hit the jack pot.
After looking over the condition of the Autos I pulled, I see that are very good qualty. It is possible that the condition of the cards may make up for some of the loss on the break.

I just bought the last 4 boxes from Blowout.....I'll let you know how it goes. Price really jumped.

If you just want a Braun, you should buy it graded. Might as well order one anyway... There is no telling what kind of condition it could be in if you pulled it from the box. There are some really bad condition Autos from this product. Mint Brauns are cheap now.
I think you could buy either refractor for the same as a box. I filled out most of my 3 sets from that year with this order. Plus I have sold off a bunch of the stuff from the other boxes I got in the past.
Also, Im not sure of thier ratio... But I got 3 Refractor autos out of 10 Autos from the case...You might get a box with 2 autos though. One of my boxes didnt have any auto!

Just wanted to try something different, I ordered that with a case of 07 Chrome. I did really well with selling my 07 Chrome and I'm not done. Are you guys gonna try DPP?

I looked it up, Id say its worth around $250 Raw. I may get a raw beckett grade on it. This card looks Gem Mint Quality. Are you interested in the other Volstads?
