Im sure the sox have good reason for hiring him. Instead of doing something to remind us of the fight on opening day, maybe Ventura can slide into homeplate and break his ankle again (Lucky for you, I can't find a video of that incident anywhere on the net)

I just hope he doesn't get us into meltdown games like Ozzie did. I loved Ozzie, but he was just too much. I love him though and wish him well.

Well, he's my all-time favorite player, so I'm stoked. He has some prior coaching experience with the Expos and worked as an advisor last year with Chicago, so I think he'll do fine.
