go in during the pregame shoot out. because its so early before the game it doesnt really matter where you sit aslong as you dont get rowdy. when players walk on and off the court you ask them for the autos.

Just run out onto the court. Security won't have a problem with it ;)

Seriously though, if you want to see pre game autos check out celticmaniac18's videos:

celticsmaniac18's Channel - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/user/celticsmaniac18#p/search/1/9hXoH1dWjkM)

In the search box to the right type in "Signing" and a bunch of videos will pop up.

Go when the doors open...

Might be kinda hard though with the lockout and all.

Maybe the Team's website will have when the doors open? I've gone to the Mavs-Sixers Game in Philly the past few years and always get at least 6-8 Auto's each time ...

Just get there when the doors open, go to where the players come out, and after that it's easy. Just wait till a player passes buy, and ask for an autograph! Most guys that are on the court do sign - I've gotten Dirk's auto each of the past 3 years, but no Kidd for example because he doesn't warm up an hour before the game-to game-time

Doors almost always open to the public two hours before game starts. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure this is how it is everywhere, but at Thunder games, the doors open 1.5 hours before tip. People that want autos get a spot down by the Thunder bench (first row). Pretty much anyone that wants an autograph can get a spot. After the player is done warming up, a team employee gives them a towel and a sharpie. The player proceeds to go down the line and sign until he gets to the tunnel on his way to the locker room.

Some players sign every game, and some never sign. But at Thunder games, you can usually get at least 3-4 autos every time. From the dozens of Thunder games I've been to...

Nick Collison signs literally every game and will chat up fans. It's part of the reason he's one of my favorite players. Jeff Green, Nenad Krstic, and Nazr Mohammed signed almost every game. Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Thabo Sefolosha sign roughly 75% of the time. I've never been at a game where Westbrook has signed, but I know people that have gotten his auto at a game. I've also never seen Ibaka sign.

As far as visitors go, usually a few players will sign every time. I know the Thunder still sign a lot on the road, even the bigger name players. Basically, just get there when the doors open, figure out where everyone goes to get autos, have a pen and something easy to carry around you want signed, and be polite. It's actually pretty easy to get NBA autos.

At Sixers game, door opens only 1 hour before Tip-off and players do NOT sign when they warm-up 10 minutes before game-time At all ...

I've never had a seat that close, so the only time I've tried to get Autos is when the doors 1st open. If you're not in it for the value, It's cool to get the coaches to sign too (They Will sign if u know their name) ...

Hey, just fyi, the players don't sign during the shhotaround at courtside seats. What they do, is as they go in and out of the tunnel for the pregame shhotaround, they might stop and sign autographs.

Yeah, to clarify... I was talking about the individual warmups that take place 1-2 hours before tip. Not when the come out as a team <15 mins before tip.
