Why even waste money on the envelope? Just put a piece of tape on top of the penny sleeve to keep it closed and write his address on the penny sleeve. Add your stamp and you are good to go.

hahaha.. yeah but I only use an envelope if it's high-end. If it's worth more than $500 then I throw in a FREE, yes FREE penny sleeve

Always use a bubble mailer and DC#er is all I could say. Gonna run you around $2.50-$3 every time for shipping but well worth it for you as a seller. Get your bubble mailers from the dollar tree two for $1

I recieved a card in the mail in a PWE lastnight. Card was in a toploader but no penny sleeve. To make matter worse, the guy used only half of a PWE and taped the cut side. $1 USA flag stamp on the outside. Nothing like paying $9 for shipping and getting that!

I rarely send in a PWE if I don't have any bubble mailers available. If I do that, I package it as:
Card > Penny Sleeve > Toploader > 2 Buffer cards Taped > Paper Towel > Sheet of Bubble Wrap > A little tap to keep it together.
Is this an acceptable way to ship cards? Would you guys be satisfied if you got a card in the mail like that? I would, but I want other opinions too.

If people want to cut savings on Bubble mailers, then recycle and use the bubble mailers others have sent you. Just stick a white piece of paper over the shipping area and relabel. Its that easy.
I send my cards always in sleeves, toploader then a team bag all inside of a bubble mailer. Whether its a $1 or a $200 card.

I send all my cards in a bubble mailer and then wrap them in paper towels for extra protection from bent corners. I am just curious why this grosses you out and if you had another alternative what would it be?
If i'm feeling extra cheap somtimes I'll take a used mailer in my enormous collection, tape my shipping label over it, and send it. Usually if I do it this way it costs around $1.50. You guys should keep any lightly used mailers, it saves you alot once it adds up.

Card in a penny sleeve, in a toploader, two decoys (one on each side), in a team bag, in a bubble mailer. I always use new stuff, not a fan of getting dirty toploaders/magnetics in the mail. But that's only a minor inconvenience.

I would buy Bubble Mailers in Bulk (100-300, etc.) on Ebay for maybe like 10-15 cents each (somewhere around there) ...
