So I recognized this card as soon as I saw this BIN listed:

Sure enough that card was THIS card:

1961 Fleer Wilt Chamberlain rookie #8 basketball card grade BVG 2 | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1961-Fleer-Wilt-Chamberlain-rookie-8-basketball-card-grade-BVG-2-/110760551618?pt=US_Basketball&hash=item19c9d7e4c2)

I was going to pick it up, but that back is HORRIBLE.


This current seller is obviously trying to pull a quick one by not even mentioning or showing the back.


Just wanted to give you guys a heads up!

Sort of sad that people in this hobby try to manipulate and deceive potential buyers by trying to pull a quick one like this! :mad:

there we go. Fully understand what you are saying, but when a card is a BGS 2, most people know that something is seriously wrong with the card. It would be one thing if he broke it out of the case and never disclosed any info about the back but I think this is OK.

*EDIT* Would we like more information, definitely. But hopefully a buyer will ask the proper questions with the reason why it got a 2 grade and hopefully the seller is truthful about it.

Yea that was the original auction. The guy who's selling in the 2nd auction bought that first auction, then relisted without a picture of the back or any notification of the horrific gum stain! Hoping someone will see that nice centering and corners and snag it for a *nice* price regardless of subgrades!

I did too, and he told me "I paid much more than $160 for this card, besides it's really none of your business"

I didnt ask or care how much he paid. :confused:

BGS 2 when the front looks great only means on thing. The back has to be messed up
