Anyone heard from Matt54650 lately?

We have a deal, or whatever it is, been going on a few weeks. I mailed last week, and the card has arrived this week and I have yet to hear from him or see my end.

The last time I heard from him was on the 19th and he received his end on the 26th. He said he was mailing on the 20th and I have yet to hear from him.

It was for a Hall of Fame AU, so I am kinda worried and dont know how long I should wait before contacting someone and leaving feedback.

He has been on the site a few times a day and no responses.

I did a deal with him recently. I paid immediately, and he didn't ship until like 2 weeks after. It took almost a month for me to get my 2 cards. He offered to add some cards in for the delay ($20 sv), I asked for a $10 refund. He never sent the partial refund and instead sent 2 cards with a $10 sv.
