Trip to Target: R&S Longevity and 2 Chrome Blasters - Satisfaction~!

So had to stop by target to pick up an Rx…of course I got sucked in to buying some boxes, but at least this time I’d say I was happy with it.

Got 1 box Leaf R&S Longevity and 2 Topps Chrome Blasters.


First, the Longevity…this stuff is pretty unexciting, although I didn’t do terribly (got an “extra” hit. I would strongly recommend staying away from this stuff at $50 a box.

Aka 4 jerseys, 4 parallels and 10 common rookies. I think I got a pretty solid box as far as player selection goes (and even got an extra auto), but I would DEFINITELY not buy it again.

Yeah, I got a box the other day (posted the break here) and got 3 jerseys and 1 auto. I did enjoy knowing there would be 4 hits in 10 packs, which is something you typically don't get at Target. At $50 I won't get another box, but at $30-40, it may be worth it for a fun break.

Agreed...I would pay 35 for it. How hard is it for them to sprinkle a "prime" piece here and there? From this year and pretty much every years Longevity, it's 99 percent jersey pieces.

Nice pulls Andrew. The Longevity boxes would be rather nice for say $30-40, but $50 is just a tad over the line IMO, esp since every auto I have pulled from them or seen pulled is always a worthless nobody.

That doesn't sound too bad as long as an auto is guaranteed, but definitely something to watch if they ever put them on sale. Beats 2 blasters of anything not Topps Chrome
