So my friend won a Ubaldo Jiminez Autogrpahed Rockies Jersey on the bay from seller name Awooawoo23.

The jersey was a BIN for like $130, and my friend won the auction for $20.58.

He paid the day he won it via Paypal.

One week later, the Jersey somehow got ruined, and he was refunded his money four days later. The seller never responded to pictures of the damage, or any other questions my friend had.

As of Yesterday, the seller has the same Jersey up on Ebay with the same price.

My friend got Ebay to have a look, will keep everyone posted. Just figured a heads up was in order on this tool.

Negative him and move on. Ebay won't do anything about it, unfortunately.

Maybe he got another one signed by ubaldo. Sometimes you have to take people at their word.

This is possible. But shouldn't he have offered the one he just got signed as a replacement? Sometimes you have to lose nickels and dimes to run a business the right way.

Bottom line here is he wanted $100 for the jersey, he only got $20 so he pulled a lame excuse and relisted it. I guess my friend should look at the bright side and know that the seller didnt shill it up eh?

Unfortunately there is nothing eBay is going to do about this. They can not make him send your friend the card.

It's a jersey, not a card.
