2011 Certified. Tried to avoid a redemption......

Went to my LCS to finally try a box of the new Certified. I've been looking thru the breaks and see that there are a TON of redemptions so had me a little hesitant but I figured what the heck. Sorry about the bad pics but my scanner is down so I had to use my iPhone for the pics.

I really am loving the looks of this product. Are most box breaks worth the money with Certified?

I'm kind of new to the hobby, but why is everyone so against redemptions?

Redemptions suck because spmetimes they don't get filled. You will see in countless threads on here where folks have waited over a year and still no card. They try non stop to get in touch with the card companies with no luck and when they do finally get a package from the card companies it's not even what they were supposed to get. It's a gamble. For me redemptions piss me off because they are selling something that isn't even made yet. I understand when it's something like a golden ticket that is so valuable that you wouldn't want to pack it out.

Well damn...I've been getting really excited about my Demarco Murray auto redemtion and have been wondering why it hasn't come yet. The Brees auto came within a few weeks. Redemption was filled on 9/2/11
