What is the difference between a canary and superfractor in Bowman?
I did a search here and saw a poster say a canary is for vets and superfractor is for rookies. But I've seen 1st Bomwan Chrome "canaries" up on the bay.....what's the difference???
I've been BACK in collecting for a little over a year now and mainly like vintage, so PLEASE pardon my ignorance!!!

eBay can be a useful tool for such questions
Canaries are gold and sparkly (super gay)
AUSTIN MEADOWS 2011 Bowman Draft CHROME CANARY 1/1 USA Prospect Refractor Ref | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUSTIN-MEADOWS-2011-Bowman-Draft-CHROME-CANARY-1-1-USA-Prospect-Refractor-Ref-/220900337347?pt=US_Baseball&hash=item336eafa6c3)
Superfractors have shiny round ridges of awesomeness (super not-gay)
2011 Bowman Chrome #BCP116 Jose Casilla Superfractor 1/1 | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-Bowman-Chrome-BCP116-Jose-Casilla-Superfractor-1-1-/250919844206?pt=US_Baseball&hash=item3a6bfcf96e)
Difference imo?
Even though both are 1/1s, the superfractors are and will always be the most sought after and valuable of the two.

Nothing is dumb if you dont know it. Canary is new this year due to topps celebrationg its 60th anniversary but both canary and superfractors can be found for ALL players. Canarys if you found them are yellow sparkly cards while the superfractors are just like regular refractors but with some weird type of square pattern. Dont confuse them with X-Fractors though thats happened to me before. No big difference really but they might have slightly different values. Hope that helps a little
