2005 Aaron Rodgers Contenders Preview /15

So I know there were only 15 of these made - the 2005 Playoff Contenders Aaron Rodgers "Preview" auto's - can anyone tell me where these came from? Were they inserts in other packs prior to Contenders being released or were they only for dealers or what? Any help would be great!
