thoughts on 1/1 rc cards....superfractors / logos

hey guys i have always been intrigued by the varying prices of 1/1 cards, especially for rookies.

1. do 1/1 superfractors / logos / printing plates have varying values to collectors?
2. do you think the overall resale potential is worth the higher initial price of purchase from a short print rc?

just looking for some random thoughts and opinions.
