Just saw on Topp's website that they are extending the deadline to redeem codes for Series2 to 6/31/12 but Series1 and Update will still be 1/31/12. Why would they extend date for Series2 and not others? Especially Update since its been out the shortest time?

the only reason i would think would be because series two seems to sell the worst?? its the lowest price per box and maybe there is still a bunch of this stuff laying around? everyone got tired of those crappy leather manufactured "hits" if you can even call them that. thats just pure speculation. im sure someone else on here will give you a better answer. none the less im excited about this might get a few boxes since they are so cheap

June 31, 2012 doesn't exist. I just saw this on topps website also. June only has 30 days.

My guess is that since there were no value boxes for series 2, there were less codes printed from that time period. If the codes for each series correspond to chances at different grand prizes, then that fact alone would probably lead to less of the series 2 big hits being claimed.

Bringing up CHEAP leather manufactured cards in the Topps Update Series...some dude is listing a 1/1 for $750 buy it now....LOL!!! and he wont sell for a reasonable price $60. I tried being real with him...its not a relic and its not a auto.....its actually cheesy. He's been reposting it for 2 months now.... shoulda took my stupid offer. Cause it was a stupid offer...the card value cant be more than $50 if that.

well considering most 1/1 CHEAP cardboard/plastic cards go for more than $60, i think your trying to get off to cheap, lol. i will say though depending on the player $750 is probably a bit extreme.
