Does it also include a tracking number? Mine has a tracking number that does not track. I read in another thread that it typically means two weeks once a tracking number is listed. Next Tuesday marks my second week.

Those aren't tracking numbers. Those are signature notification notice numbers.
They will not show up in a tracking number search. I promise.
Topps said in an email today when I asked where my cards that have said shipped for a month now,were. They said technical issues have added 2 to 3 more weeks as of today!
