Alright, so I'm looking to make a few custom cards, but I need help from more experienced people (since this will be my first ever time making one). The card I'm trying to make is a Dirk Nowitzki Patch-Jersey-Auto, pictured below.

I have a jersey, a patch, and a black strip of photo paper signed by Dirk in silver ink, all of which correspond with the picture above. The whole thing seems really cool, but I have no idea how to put it together. I want to make the auto a pull out, which would be awesome, but difficult. So, here are my questions:

1. What do I print it on?
2. How do I make the card thick (what material should I use)?
3. How should I cut the material to make holes for the jersey, patch, and auto?

Number three is really important because I intent on cutting a few other cards as well (to expose more jersey/patch). All help is appreciated! Thanks :)!

For number three try using an X-Acto knife. They're pretty good

you would print on card stock paper

you could either glue multiple sheets together, or use a dummy/thick sheet and glue the front & back to it

xacto knife I believe is pretty much the only option, unless you get a die cut stamper the exact sizes, which you probably won't do, the part that sucks is you almost always cut over the lines with the xacto knife you can get it very close if you be really careful and take your time though.

panini doesn't have sick designs on purpose, it's alot cheaper to print white, simple cards. so they use white whenever possible, plus it is very easy to switch logos, styles, pictures etc on very basic designs and match them well
