I'm not surprised. I have no idea what Versus/NBC was even thinking when they hired this guy.

I don't really have that much of a problem with him, although the charges change my opinion of him. Of course here in Canada we only have to watch him once a week, whereas im sure some people are stuck with him all week.

I understand he beat a fan with a shoe and (funny as it may be) have understood he has a temper. I could get past that, and I'm sure a lot of people could. But for him to assault a youth hockey player is a full 180 on my opinion of him. Attacking a fully grown adult is bad, yes, but assaulting a child is horrid and unacceptable. I am glad he got charged. He is a great hockey mind but has made some dumb decisions.

Let's wait to hear the whole story before convicting him. Milbury has done alot in his career both good and bad, I was not overly impressed as a Bruins fan with his "Billboard Material" throughout the Cup finals against Vancouver, but remember his day's as a player here in Boston and their was no more of a loyal teammate than Mike Milbury :)!, His job behind the bench was another story!
