Value on this David Price?

I know I don't have a scan... if need be I can supply one, but I was just wondering what it is worth. Its from 2011 TC, David Price Red REF /25. I might be out of my mind on the thoughts of this card... but I was just wondering what its worth... thanks guys!

The veteran (non-rookie) refractors seem to be all over the place in value. Honestly I think $20 is a little high but if you find a desperate rainbow builder, then you never know.
