Its asking for proof, or evidence of value. In one picture..
Its a card that was missing from the bubble mailer when i got it.

what i was told before by filing the insurance claim for a card that was missing or lost from the bubble mailer was that whatever the card was sold for is the only value youd get for it. So if it was ebay then you print up what it sold for and thats your proof if its on here you print up your your conversations about the card and thats your proof

Its asking me to upload a pic.
So is there a way to take a snapshot on ebay?

I prefer to do it online, cause they are asking me to upload a picture and it would go faster.
Is there a way to do a snapshot and save it as a image?

Yea, push ALT + print screen.. then open a photo editting program and hit paste, and then it a screen shot will be there.. save the screen shot as a jpeg or similar and there you go..

1.)Pull up the screen with the desired info. 2.)Hold ctrl + Prt Scr (its the key above Insert on most keyboards). 3.)Open a new Word document and right click>paste. 4.)Save said Word document and send them that.
Good luck with the insurance claim.
