Nearly 1600 Adrian Peterson items sold on eBay the day he broke the all-time NFL Single Season Rushing record in the NFL. Pretty amazing for a guy who didn't get picked in the draft until late in the top 10.

Peterson's Topps Chrome RC is selling for $40-$50 while his big issues are going strong. His Upper Deck SPX RC autograph is selling in the $1000 neighborhood after the record breaking game. The one which sold for that price was graded by Beckett and pulled a 9.5.
His Topps rookie autographs are selling for between $800 and $900. Peterson is a spokesman for Donruss/Playoff and you can expect the company to capitalize heavily. His Rookie Threads Letterman autograph recently sold for $475.
