he is but he also said it is not authenticated nor is he guaranteeing that it is. from what i know about ebay, you cannot sell anything not authenticated so this shouldn't be allowed.

he is selling a bunch of other questionable autos including hines ward, mendenhall, frank gore, and matt ryan.
