Anybody have any experience with eBay user chromejunkie917?
I bought these two cards from him. I paid immediately. He refunded my payment and said he couldn't find the Maulaluga. I'm pretty sure he just wasn't happy with the price. He said I could still have the Sanchez if I wanted. What should I do? I want them both, which would explain why I bid on them.

If he can't find it then he can't find it. He has 3200 feedback @ 100% with 5 stars in every category. I think it's safe to say that he doesn't make a habit of it.
Give him a break. Mistakes happen...unless you see it re-listed very shortly

All kinds of things can happen. Take the card you won that he has and move along.

his feedback is solid, and I would think he isn't lying to you... BUT if you see it relisted soon, then you know... weird though, I ALWAYS set up my cards, and make sure they are IN HAND I sell BEFORE I list them to prevent this from happening... but that's me...

I'd trust him. If he has that much feedback he isn't moving 1 card at a time more than likely. He probably turbo lists or relisted not realizing that it sold. People make mistakes, as someone stated above. I would move on as well and give him the benefit of the doubt and be mature. You may even get something extra for your troubles if you don't act a fool. lol.

I'm honestly not sure how much more he could have expected for that card? Some of these guys own card shops. It's possible an employee moved it, or it simply got lost in thousands of cards. If you've been to multiple card shops, you know these guys aren't always very well organized. I love my LCS, but holy moly is the place a mess. :D

He's a member here. Joey is a good dude. Straight shooter and wouldn't lie about something like that. Sometimes selling low-end stuff gets the best of ya. I've bought something from a 30k feedback member that accidentally listed something he already sold and we cancelled the transaction.
I wouldn't sweat it. Glad you still paid for the Sanchez

I am the seller in question. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. My wife decided to let them play on my desk. Now I can't find some of the cards I had listed. I'm sorry for the confusion. Like the other posters said just look at my feedback. I don't try to screw people over.

Do you mind canceling the transaction so I don't get hit with the ebay fees?

Not sure why he'd lie or risk a negative with his perfect feedback?? You don't seem to believe him.

I have just never come across anything like that. I have 2378 100% feedback so it must be rare. I asked for advise to see if anyone had experience with such a thing. Truth is, being a Bengals fan, I wanted the Maualuga more than the Sanchez. Just disappointed. That's all. Joey, if you find it hit me up, I still want it. Go ahead and sent the cancel request I'll take care of it. Thanks for your help everybody. Jay
