Fake Rodgers Rookie Autos on eBay...

Beware if you are in the market for a Rodgers auto... these aren't real. You can see someone is trying to pass these off as sticker autographs but they don't exist. I see two up on eBay right now and one that has ended, and I have a feeling there will be more.

Back in 2005, I pulled the /5 Auto out of the Upper Deck National Convention packs. The Auto looked a lot like that.

I haven't seen the National Convention card, but I know the only auto from this set looks is the picture below. They were one per case where each "box" was actually a complete set.

Nicely done. I pulled that card at the show and ALMOST traded it straight up for the Alex Smith /5 Auto. I ended up getting $375 for it when I got home.

Can't even imagine what it would go for today. I see that the regular /750 is hitting $25-$40 or so.

i saw someone else maybe a week or 2 ago trying to sell what is suppose to be "unsigned" sweet spot helmets from 2008 but he obviously forged em on there. it looks like the start of a bad wave comin.

I saw the UD Premiere Auto yesterday and didn't think nothing of it and I purchased in a lot along with few others and another dealer caught on and showed me this thread,
When I confronted the seller about the Auto he swears it's real and the small Diamond sticker on the back was proof that it was real Lol.
He ended up giving me a different card in return.
