panini redemption issues

anyone tell me if these normally take a while to ship?? (I already know the card is live)

I redeemed a andy dalton threads auto, like a week after they went live, but the panini site doesn't even show that its shipped yet. So thats almost 2 months. I left 2 messages asking whats going on with no reply. Just want my damn card so I can continue my nameplate!!

This is nothing new. Panini (and Topps, if we want to be truthful) take a while processing the requests mainly because they come about one per box of their products. So you'll just have to wait, that's a card that will get sent out sometime soon. I've been waiting on a hockey card for over 6 months, with no end in sight. It all just depends on when/if the players sign, and processing time, etc.

I have a John Wall I redeemed in August same card is live for other people I am still waiting on mine.

And Ckilgor I have a dual patch thats been there almost two years and no word yet.

I just called them on Friday and told them I saw a live card on ebay of one of the many redemptions i have pending for my 2011 Gridiron Gear Rookie Gridiron Gems Trios Signatures #/20 and they said they would ship mine out that day. Sometimes you just have to call and they will send it because they have trouble keeping track of all the redemptions i guess.

I had a redemption last year of a weatherspoon auto that was in stock, but they didn't ship it out to me untill 5 months have passed. Panini is not the greatest about redemptions, but at least they fulfill expired ones.

They have, I think, three people to fill out redemptions. It takes a while.

I have yet to be shorted on any. I have had to wait a long time, bbut the cards will show up eventiually.
