This is very true. I would like to know how many of Welkers passes that he caught were on slants, seems like that's all the guy runs is slants and 5 yard ins or outs.

I think he is referring to the idea that the Patriots run a lot of quick slants and short passes as opposed to a more downfield passing game teams like the Saints and Packers have.

You're right though, pretty dumb comments. Brady takes what the offense gives him, that's what makes him so great.
