Not very happy with results:

COLT MCCOY PLAYOFF CONTENDERS AUTO BECKETT 9.5

RYAN BRAUN 2005 BOWMAN STERLING AUTO BECKETT 9.5

BRYCE HARPER BOWMAN CHROME BASE ONLY wtf BECKETT 10

DEREK JETER TOPPS STADIUM BECKETT 9

TONY GWYNN DONRUSS PSA 10

STEVE YOUNG 1984 USFL PSA 8

HAKEEM OLAJUWON 1986 FLEER BECKETT 9.5

Not the greatest. Almost fainted when I saw 9.5 86-87 Fleer hoping for Jordan and saw the Harper 10 only to realize only base card...oh well...win some lose some. Anybody know what large hits remain? Needless to say, I received none of them.

Notable Purple Valiant autos include Anthony Rendon and Trevor May.

There was a Hakeem on a video I watched yesterday also (9.5 also). And the Braun would have been bank($) if he didn't have his "issue".

Not the best break as you say, but far from the worst.

I would suggest that if you don't need the $, keep the Leaf RCs like the Rendon (if you decide to grade them, they all pretty much will get BGS 9.5 w/10 autos) and wait for baseball callups this year/next.

I can't believe this was in this product. Such a low grade that could have been easily replaced by a better graded version.

edit: I should have done a little more research. Atleast it broke 100.00. Psa 9 goes for a good penny.

I do not really follow baseball. Who is Braun and what issue? I heard he did well in home run derby? I know the big stars and hot rookies ( Harper, Hosmer, etc) had to research Rendon and May...apparently decent. I follow football and busted many cases this year and did not do as well as I would have liked

He is the National League MVP. He has also tested positive since then.

Ryan Braun has MVP level talent and is one of the best OFs in baseball but failed a PED (aka 'steroid') test this past year. Thus his cards have been grounded for now.

Rendon is a TOP prospect and I think he has much room to grow from a $ perspective. Chrome is king, but once a star breaks out, ALL of their cards appreciate greatly. I would keep him at current prices.

It's 50 games and his stats will come back. I'm not sure about his cards. That's (hgh) is a pretty big black mark on a baseball players career and collectablity, imo.

someone bought a lot of Braun :p but I agree, he'll be fine hobby wise

It wasn't a PED, it was something else, that will save him from an asterik. The guy has a medical condition, they changed his meds, that's what I'm hearing from the folks I know who are in the know... allegedly.

The Gwynn is nice. It would have been nicer if it were Topps but still PSA 10 1983 Gwynn isn't easy either.

Yeah, that's a good point. I hope it all comes down to a big misunderstanding or something. This sport doesn't need anymore problems in the media like it's had the last few years or so.

Our cards deserve better....what does a Barry Bonds fetch? Did him and Clemens tank card wise?
