Hi all--

Just curious about this--I had a buyer crap out on multiple items, like most people on these boards have had happen to them, and I've had to file back for my fees on occassion, so I understand how that works. What I'd like help on is a) I was under the impression that three unpaid item strikes would result in the buyer's account being suspended. Is that correct? And b) how are strikes calculated? If a seller files a dispute on multiple items, does it only count as one (since it's just one seller) or is it one for each item for which the FVF was granted? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Cheers,
BJ

No I thought so to, but it is 3 strikes from 3 unique users. As well the buyer only gets a strike on a complete non paid dispute, so if the seller just files one and never closes it nothing will happen.

If he did not respond to the dispute, then he will not be able to leave you feedback.

Yes that is the best part. But it also goes against you if they don't reply and leave you positive feedback that goes away also. It is so stupid!

Testify! I can live with that.
