Had a redemption for a mike green nicklas backstrom dual auto /100 from trilogy get replaced by a regular sign of the times auto of zetterberg from 08. Kinda disappointed I get a single non numbered auto but glad its at least a team I root for. Two years waiting for a card which leaves me underwhelmed I guess.

id rather the single zett but i prefer single autos. but i can see why youd be upset, doesnt seem like a fair trade off but better than nothing
If you were to sell I'm sure you would do far better with the Zetterberg over the original Dual as Backstrom is not playing well and not a big demand for Green's Auto's. I think you did all right IMO.

I understand the zett might be better sell wise, but I would have rather had a dual auto of lesser red wings if anything just cause of visual appeal and it will stay in my collection

Should you be happy...no. But you got something from UD, which is a relative win. I guess you can be "happy" with that.

oh yeah, counting my blessings lol. I've been back and forth with Carlin since I raised a bit of a fuss on the Facebook page, that is after them deleting 12 of my posts bout redemption issues :D can't say it worked, but I can say I got something

After you read what I type next, you will be livid. I was waiting for 9 months for a Jeff Carter patch auto from last years SPA - I figured he is no longer with Philly, get a replacement - which i asked for 4 months ago and I listed a bunch of "superstars" and that the Caps were my team to collect. 2 weeks ago I get a package and what did the send me - an O-Pee-Chee Premier dual on card auto of Backstrom & Green #'d 3/25 - these companies simply do not care about their customers.
