I am unable to find the setting for my eBay return policy. I'd like to set it to 14 days, but I just can't seem to find the setting to do so. I can't find it in site prefs. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I just "changed" mine from no returns to 14-day and most of them went to 7-day. Typical ebay incompetence.

Anyway, go to your active listings. Click the Edit dropdown. You can select 500 listings at a time. One you do that, follow the prompts to change your handling time. Good luck though, like I said, it didn't work properly for me.

This jives with my problem. I have always had a 14-day return policy, for the last 2 years. Last month, suddenly, all my listings changed to a 7 day return policy. Something is fishy with eBay and this return policy thing, especially since they are going to require 14 day returns to get the 20% discount.

Also, I'd like to make 14-day returns my default, so when I create new listings they default to 14-day. I don't want to have to go back and change all newly created listings to be 14-day. Any idea how to do that?

This seems to have done the trick.

Thanks guys!

From that link:

1.In the Other things you'd like buyers to know section of the listing form,

So what form? Do I have to subscribe to something extra to get to this form/templates?

Hmm, I don't know.

I have an eBay store, and so my 'Create a listing Page' might be different from yours? Or do you have a store as well? Anyway, for me, from the edit listing page, you click on the 'Set Return Policy' link, and that seems to make the change for all future listings. You'll still need to go back and change any existing listings using the multi-edit tool, which may be available only to eBay store owners?

Mine did the same, about 2-3 weeks ago. Very strange. From what I can tell, it was an eBay technical problem. I haven't called them about it though.
