Big Bang Theory Checklist FINALLY Announced

Hey everyone, I thought I would share that the checklist for next week's Big Bang Theory has finally been released by Cryptozoic. The Fact that the big five are noted as rare makes me a bit nervous since the last thing I want is a stack of the same autos over and over again.

thats why I wont buy any they are not the company I thought they would be, but what do expect from a bunch of ex Upper Deck people! I think people are going to be really disappointed in this set?

Wow is BO already sold out of the box, cases, and binders? I have one case coming in and 3 binders. Even with the limited autos it will sell well...it's a very popular show and getting the main cast helps sell this product.

Neverminds found the price on Cryptozoic's site...at $3.50 per pack x 24 packs = $84.00!

$84.00 / 2 hits = $42.00 per hit!

Yeah, I waited too long to buy a box but now I'm thinking it's just going to be cheaper to buy a set off ebay and piece things together.
Not very excited about the set anymore. Especially if "decent" autos are going to be hard to pull.

Walking Dead seems to have been a hit, and well liked by buyers and sellers...


Before I checked out the list, based on comments here, I thought they had 5 autos and no other chases. 11 autos and 18 costumes is quite a rich offering especially if they have rare variants...

My problem is that I'd love to get a few of the big five autos, I guess we'll have to wait and see how rare these things are once they hit next week. I'd would be happy if you got 2-3 per case but it seemingly doesn't seem that way. It helps that I encouraged my LCS to order a case of this when Walking Dead came out and he has now said I have first crack at it and can buy as many as I'd like out of the case.

With Knockout coming out that week I thought I would go after that but seeing as how many people on here say that Topps can't do a product right two years in a row I might just go for the whole case of this.

Yeah i am thinking 2-3 of the big 5 per case isn't happening.
I would think 1 or 2 per case is more like it.

Should be interesting to see what does turn up once the cases start busting!

Yeah I mean there are a lot of cool things going for this set but after The Walking Dead, this is somewhat of a let down. One less relic per box and no sketch cards or super rare relics like The Walking Dead had. It'll be interesting, that's for sure.

Basically the same as The Vampire Diaries release and that set is continuing to do well. Look at the prices of the main autos and rarer relics. I'm sure this set will be similar and do just as good. I think Cryptozoic has became the best tv/ non sports manufacturer. I know there has only been 3 releases, but all of them seem top notch with great designs.

Yes a few of the cards from the other sets are holding but most are falling and the box prices have fallen except for the walking dead a big hit but it had sketch cards in it as fall back on the autos, If the bang does as bad as its shipping up to be the ones who will really lose are the people outside the US who will pay greatly for the cards on the secondary market.

Couldn't disagee more. WD - before the wax shot up to over $1000 a case - was a profit-maker even if there was no sketch in the case. I realize that was due to the popularity of the series itself, but C did limit production to 500 cases.

VD was a winner as well - at least for me. It is no WD but nothing is. My sales for most of the autos and costumes have been pretty consistent.

BBT will bring big $$$ for the top 3-5 autos, and the costumes, due to the variants, will do well too. Plus it's sold out.

C has super customer support and service. In fact, the best of any company out there. Again, this is based on my experiences.

I personally don't want anyone to interpret my words as being down on this product. I love that they have on card autos so big plus there. I also love the selection of costume cards and with all the different types it should be a lot of fun getting these. Walking Dead was the only release last year where I kept 100% of everything I got, and I expect nothing less from BBT. I'm in for about four boxes but who knows, I might end up taking the whole case seeing as UFC Knockout 2012 looks like it could be a miss at the initial price point.

I am very excited for this set and am really looking forward to next Friday!

I completely agree with this...when I opened my case of WD and was missing the case sketch I e-mailed them and once I proved I bought a case they shipped my sketch card to me ASAP...and it's a really nice sketch card of an artist who only did 10 sketches for the series.

BBT won't be as popular since it's been on the air for awhile but it will have a strong following.

I'm with everybody else who has posted success with the other Cryptozoic sets. I'm well ahead on my few thousand dollars of cases purchased.

I love how everyone keeps falling back on 'delays'. You've got to be kidding me. A company comes along that can actually lock up nearly every leading character autograph, ON CARD with NO REDEMPTIONS and you're going to tell me about a 2 month delay? Please... :rolleyes:

For the record this set was due out last sep! And there are many who have been told they would receive replacement cards and such when VD came out and still have nothing? BBT is very popular and only available inside US so those outside will pay big money just to get a box from whoever but Cryptozoic cant ship outside US due to License restrictions, hey I hope I am wrong, But I looked yesterday and some dealers has discounted some of crypt stuff to move it, with the exception of Wd all else can be had elseware. And Crypto is still selling boxes of BBT on its web site at least it was yesterday at 84.00 plus shipping.

Yeah, the last couple sets, including BBT, fell into those early releases for them that have been delayed for longer than normal but that's their own fault. After realizing the mistake, they adopted the stance of not announcing a finalized target release date until very close to release. Now, everyone is complaining about lack of information on the sets. *cough, Smallville. They just can't win. Also, looks like somebody broke street date on BBT. One of the Kunal auto's went for $125 already.

Well from his auctions he busted 7 boxes and is selling the remaining 3 boxes.
So out of approx 3/4 case he did pull one of the big 5 autos.

It will be interesting to see if this plays out thru multiple cases.

How funny would it be if that the person who buys those three remaining boxes hits Galecki, Cuoco and Parsons? There's no way I could sell three boxes like that after getting those hits. And I think he undersold some of his relics too, especially anything related to Cuoco.

Is it me or does it look like someone caught wind that a bunch of this stuff was showing up on eBay and forced the sellers somehow to take everything down? I know a lot of sales go on off eBay but at one point everything was being snatched up at the BIN price and now everything is being listed as ended by the seller as it is no longer available. I also noted that a few of the autos off of the checklist had not been listed yet (Laurie Metcalf is one). This seems very, very weird to me.
