You can't coach immaturity out of a foolish player. John Garrett, the Cowboys TE coach, is one of the better ones in the league.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but he was regularly outplayed by John Phillips when it came to the passing game.

He's a great blocker but a lousy receiver. Bad routes, bad hands, bad attitude.
