I have a Jonathan Stewart error card from Prestige. What could it be worth?

I have had this card since I pulled it out of 08 Prestige at release. I have yet to see another that is missing the Draft symbol and the other info. Could this be something rare and would it be worth anything? I have searched Ebay and Checkoutmycards and have yet to see and error like this of any player. Any input would be appreciated. Heres a pic......

Probably worth contacting Donruss to see if they know anything about it. Don't mention whether you can make extra money off it obviously, but if you could get them to admit that it's a really rare error maybe it boosts the value of what would appear to be a dollar bin card.

My guess is that it just got skipped over during one of the steps in the printing process. A die-hard Stewart or Panthers fan may find it desirable and pay a premium, but most would probably look at it as being "damaged" or incomplete...and not be willing to pay much. That's just my opinion. Interesting card, though.

Yeah. Even the number of the card is strange. It has the NFLC-5 ? All the cards I have seen have NFL-??. Not sure what the C is doing on it? I think I will contact Donruss and see what they say.

Yeah weird cards like that can go either way (bring more or less depending on the buyer(s). You never know until you try to actually sell it I guess...

Ok. I got an email from someone who saw this post but doesn't have an BO account. They sent me a link to check out this Ebay auction. The card has the same number as the one I have except this is a patch auto. Could Donruss have made a mistake and meant for my card to be a patch auto also but it never made it.

Also I got a reply back from donruss saying that they are not sure how the card got into the product and that they haven't seen any like this. They said the card should have been removed and never inserted into the product. Interesting? I have the card listed on checkoutmycards right now but I may have them ship it back and list it on Ebay. Sounds like this could be a rare mistake and possibly the only one that made it into the product.

I saw those when I looked up the checklist. The only problem is, those cards should be thicker than yours, and they were nubmered. I almost want to say it was some sort of test card that made it into your pack.

I agree...they were probably just testing the design or something before printing the thicker cards for the autograph insert.
