That's how eBay goes...I had a ton of auctions up which only got a starting bid and maybe 4 or 5 hits total. If you check my ended listings, some people got some steals :(.

Just my opinion, you should start all of your auctions at $.99 and just let them go. I've noticed people tend to stay away from cards starting at a higher price.

That can bite you too. I've had $20 cards sell for $0.99 using that method also. For cards that will get plenty of attention, I often do that, but in some cases, it's better to just start your bid where you're comfortable selling at in case there is little to no traffic. I was not unhappy with a single sale. Yes, I could have gotten a little more on some, but that's how it goes sometimes. Also, selling football cards in late February/early March usually isn't advisable either :p.
