I opened a box of TNA Cross the Line 2 weeks ago and pulled a Lauren Auto /25 and a Kevin Nash Auto /25. Low and behold no memorabilia card. I contacted Tristar and received an email from Stacie Howell stating her apologies and that they would send out a replacement for the memorabilia.
Less than 2 weeks later I received this.

All I was due was a memorabilia card and she hooks me up with this. UD and Donruss take a look. This is how to take care of a good customer.
