I agree that Bills is probably his best shot - however meager that shot may be. I think there would be a riot in Miami after they had such high hopes for Manning coming to town. Talk about top 'o the mountain to the bottom. Browns, Pats, Jags don't make any sense unless Tebow is willing to play some other position or ride the pine.
