i bought a box of lineage and i pulled a kobe bryant team flight redemtion i was wondering if it was auto.. theres no numbering.. i redeemed it to upperdeck and it said this

and the thing is i havent seen one pulled or on ebay.. so can you let me know please

It must be an auto. Otherwise there would be no need to make it a redemption. Plus the "athlete committed to sign soon" says it all. So yes, you should be receiving a Kobe auto. Nice pull!

Thats their canned message, but typically they say auto unless the entire set is autographed?

I don't think any of the lineage autos I've seen were numbered. I'm pretty sure you're SUPPOSED to be getting a Kobe auto. Now, whether he finally signs and Upper Deck is able to fulfill the redemption... thats another question.

First Rule when pulling a Redemption.....

You do not redeem a Redemption...Sell it immediately

No, you'll get compensated with a replacement that Upper Deck deems has the same retail value. I would think considering Kobe is a spokesman, you'll eventually get your card. Cross your fingers though, as Upper Deck is notorious for disappointing people with their redemption replacements.
