Bought some from Walmart today. They are $14.99 and come with 5 Topps Series 1 packs (8 cards each) and 2 hobby packs of 2012 Topps Heritage. Also included is 1 GG Code and 1 exclusive refractor.

My 20 boxes were pretty bad until the last pack when I hit a Ryan Zimmerman Relic /63 in Heritage to save my break. Disappointed that I didn't get a single SP out of 100 Topps retail packs.
